A Waning "Old Moon" With Jupiter, Mars And Mercury Before Sunrise On Sunday August 4 2013

Three planets and a waning "old moon" hover over the port of Montreal just before sunrise Sunday August 4, 2013.

The brightest planet directly above the moon is Jupiter. Mars is to the left and somewhat lower than Jupiter in more or less the "10 o'clock" position assuming Jupiter is at "12 o'clock". You will find Mercury between the street light and the power lines at the extreme lower left of the photo.
